Herbicides you can use: Clethodim for grass, IMOX for both, butyrac 200/2-4DB for broadleaves but that will kill the chicory

- Moderate shade tolerant
-Multi graze. When deer eat it, it will regrow
-Can late frost seed
 
Cons: 
-Requires frequent clipping
-Requires a lot of potassium per year
-Not as cold tolerant as many other mixes

Fertilize according to soil test. Requires 60 lbs. of potassium per ton of consumed growth.
